I truly enjoyed the hotel, everything was fine with a family atmosphere. The family room was compact and functional for my needs. Had a shower, hair dryers, and toiletries in the bathroom. This was an excellent and absolutely perfect location short walk to the museums and Paddington Station and Hop on Hop off bus and Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. It also was central to Railway.
The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.
